Yes — our in-house design team can help you create or refine artwork, logos, or layouts to suit the final production needs.

What is your turnaround time for orders?

Turnaround depends on the type of product, quantity, complexity, and whether custom design work is involved. During your quote, we’ll provide you with an estimated schedule.

What file formats or artwork specifications do you require?

We prefer vector files (e.g. .AI, .EPS, .SVG) for best quality. High resolution raster files (300 dpi or more) in PSD, TIFF, or PNG are acceptable for some jobs. Please contact us for specific requirements for your project.

Do you install graphics (e.g. vehicle wraps or signage)?

Yes — for many of our services such as vehicle wraps, banner installations, and signage, we offer installation options (either by us or through trusted local installers).
